Bonzu Preservation Bloodstock

1987 mahogany bay stallion. Cheddar (as we call him) has a beautiful, natural Park Trot. When trotting he expresses perfect cadence and his hooves hesitate and snap (!) several inches before they strike the ground. His attitude is intelligent, kind, and people-oriented. In fact, we give all the youngsters who visit a "pony ride" on him - a true gentleman! Although excellent in Western, Cheddar prefers Hunter Pleasure. He is a Class A Halter and Performance Champion and is the sire of two 4-H State Champions. He has been shown on a very limited basis and none of his progeny were sold to show homes.
All were sold to family homes.

It is was with deepest regrets that we offered this unique treasure of a horse for sale. He was being retired from our breeding program. His new home had to be an approved home. He is breeding sound and has no special emotional or physical requirements even for his advanced age!
